Our dog walks go well beyond a quick trip outside. Each visit gives your dog a midday break with fresh air, physical activity, and the mental engagement that helps the rest of the day go smoothly.
Our team takes your dog on an exploratory walk through the neighborhood, with time to sniff, stretch, and take care of business, followed by play and plenty of attention.
Your dog finishes the visit relaxed and satisfied (and likely with a few stories to tell their toys). Before heading out, we refill fresh water and end with an owner-approved treat or a belly rub.

Dog walks are offered between 10 AM and 3 PM, seven days a week.
Walk duration may be adjusted when needed based on weather conditions or your dog’s health and safety.
Your dog’s safety is always our priority, all walks are weather-dependent. We do not offer daytime walks when temperatures reach 85°F or higher. On days when outdoor conditions are too hot, we’ll provide a brief potty break before moving indoors for engaging activities, including playtime, puzzle toys, snuffle mats, and hide-and-seek to keep your dog mentally stimulated and entertained.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Once services are confirmed, the deposit will be charged to the payment method on file and a booking confirmation will be provided.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the start of services and will automatically be charged to the card on file.

All services scheduled on major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, and other holidays, are billed at 1.5x the standard service rate.
Holiday bookings require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable once confirmed due to the limited availability and high demand surrounding holiday scheduling.
Bookings in our extended service area are subject to an additional travel fee depending on location and visit frequency.

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the start of scheduled services will receive an account credit for all payments made toward the booking. Credits are valid for 6 months from the original booking date and may be applied toward future services, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of scheduled services are non-refundable.
Holiday bookings are non-refundable once confirmed due to the limited availability and high demand surrounding holiday scheduling.
Refunds due to severe weather or natural disasters are issued at Fur de Lis Pet Care’s discretion.

Booking & Payment:
