  • No—we care for more than just cats and dogs! From rabbits and guinea pigs to reptiles, birds, and fish, we welcome a variety of species. Don’t see your pet listed? Just contact us, and we’ll let you know if we can help!

  • We are based primarily in Mandeville, but we will travel to Covington, Madisonville, Lacombe, Abita Springs. For a better idea of our service area, check out our service map. We come to you so your pets are comfortable right at home!

  • Pet sitting means your pets get to stay right at home, where they’re most comfortable and relaxed. There's no need to pack up their things or make a stressful trip to a boarding facility—they get personalized care in their own familiar space. Boarding means bringing your pet to a facility, which can range from basic kennels to upscale daycare environments. We do not offer boarding.

  • If your pet isn’t feeling well while you’re away, we’ll reach out to you first. If we can’t get in touch, we’ll contact your emergency contact—so be sure it’s someone who can make decisions for you. In urgent situations where every second counts, we may take action right away and update you as soon as possible.

  • Yes - we carry complete business liability insurance to protect you, your home and our team. We also carry employee theft coverage in the unlikely event that items go missing from your home.

  • We stay overnight in your home for 10 hours to keep your pets company, giving them time to play, unwind, and rest in whatever way makes them feel most at ease. For dogs, we require adding at least one mid-day drop-in visit to make sure they get extra potty breaks while you’re away.

  • Yes! We administer pills and liquid medications free of charge. For more complex medications like insulin, please book under our special care services.

  • Yes! We offer gentle, attentive care for pets recovering from surgery, including medication administration and monitoring. We’re experienced in supporting your pet’s recovery plan under your veterinarian’s guidance. Please see our special care services for more information as well as pricing!

  • Absolutely! We send a short message and a cute photo after each walk so you know how it went.

  • At this time, we do not offer dog walking services. To keep pets as safe as possible, we currently focus on care within secure, fenced-in yards, along with brief, supervised leash potty breaks for dogs without a fully fenced in yard. We may consider offering walking services in the future as we continue to grow!
