Overnight Booking Policy

Because overnight stays are in high demand and require specific scheduling, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the first scheduled visit, your deposit will be applied as a credit to your account for future services.

• If you cancel within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

For overnight stays booked during peak holiday periods—including Spring Break, Mardi Gras, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s—all deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

• We require an adult-sized bed be available for us to sleep on during overnight stays. We're also happy to wash the bedding at the end of the visit series, if you provide laundry instructions.

• Fur de Lis Pet Care does not offer overnight or live-in services in homes where cameras are present in any bathroom or the bedroom in which the sitter will sleep. If a camera is found in one of these areas during a visit, all services will be immediately and permanently discontinued.
