• Home and access information: keys, lockbox codes, door and garage codes, alarm codes, gate cards, and other entry instructions.

• Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor. Fur de Lis Pet Care does not store full credit or debit card numbers.

• Communications: messages, emails, inquiry forms, and visit reports exchanged with us.

• Photos and videos: images taken during visits.

• Website usage data: general information such as browser type, pages visited, and referring sites, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

Home Access Information

We treat home access information with the highest level of confidentiality. Entry codes, alarm codes, and access instructions are stored in our secure booking platform and are available only to Fur de Lis Pet Care team members assigned to your services. Physical keys are never labeled with a client's name or address.

Access information is used only to provide booked services and to respond to emergencies involving your pet or home. When services end, keys and access devices are returned or securely destroyed, and stored access codes are deleted, in accordance with our Policies & Service Agreement.

Photos and Videos

Photos and videos may be taken during visits for visit updates and for marketing purposes, including our website and social media, unless the client opts out. All photos and videos taken during visits are the property of Fur de Lis Pet Care. Clients may save and share photos sent to them for personal, noncommercial use.

To opt out of marketing use, notify us in writing at any time. Opting out of marketing does not affect photos included in visit reports. In marketing materials, we do not publish client names, home addresses, or images that identify the location of a client's home.

Client Confidentiality

Fur de Lis Pet Care will never disclose client names or addresses to anyone outside of the company, except when required by law or when necessary to protect a pet in an emergency.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Client information is stored securely and is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We disclose information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: companies that help us operate, such as our scheduling and client portal platform, payment processor, email provider, and website host. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are required to protect it.

• Team members: Fur de Lis Pet Care team members receive only the information needed to perform their assigned services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

• Veterinary and emergency care: we may share pet and contact information with veterinarians, emergency animal hospitals, or emergency responders when necessary to protect the health and safety of your pet, your home, or any person.

• Insurance: we may share relevant information with our insurance providers in connection with a claim or incident.

• Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or a valid request from law enforcement or a government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Fur de Lis Pet Care, our clients, or others.

• Business transfers: if Fur de Lis Pet Care is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

The above does not apply to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Email and Text Communications

By providing your email address and mobile number, you agree to receive service-related messages from Fur de Lis Pet Care, including booking confirmations, visit updates, invoices, and important account notices. Message and data rates may apply.

Promotional emails and newsletters are sent only if you opt in. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email. Promotional text messages are sent only if you opt in separately. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Replying STOP ends all text messages from us, including service messages, and booking and visit communications will continue through email and the client portal. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
